Dr Clarke has been collating stories about the mysterious underground tunnels that, according to folklore, are supposed to link various historic places in the city centre including the Castle, Manor Lodge, Cathedral, Old Queen’s Head, etc. Some of these tunnel legends also have ghost stories attached to them.
