Frostlake / ToPMoB

Thursday 10th November 2016 8.00pm

Returning to Bishops House is songstress/instrumentalist  frostlake, with  a selection of songs from her latest release White Moon, Black Moon* and new pieces, accompanied by guitar, laptop and bassist Terry Todd. Her music is atmospheric, distinctive soundscapes awash with haunting melodies, layered vocals and percussive sounds, an other-worldliness akin to this unusual venue.

“if your tastes cover the gamut, and on this case the convergence of Folk-Prog-Psych-Space/Ambient you’ll find much to enjoy and discover over repeated listens to White Moon, Black Moon”
Jerry Kranitz, Aural Innovations

“one of the more unique psych-folk releases of the year”
Aaron Texeira, Boston Hassle
